Graduated from the Faculty of Dentistry of the University of Montreal in 1972. He started his career as a military dentist and taught for a few years at the Canadian Forces Dental Services School in Ontario. In 1977, he established a private practice in Saint-Laurent and founded the Larose Dental Health Center in 1986 on Marcel-Laurin boulevard.

Doctor Pierre Larose is:

• FOUNDING MEMBER of the Quebec Academy of General Dentistry and FELLOW of the academy since 1986;
• FOUNDING MEMBER of the Quebec Holistic Dental Association and newsletter editor from 1994 to 2007;
• PAST-PRESIDENT (2007-2008) AND FELLOW of the International Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology (IAOMT);
• Accredited by the IAOMT for the safe replacement of mercury amalgam fillings.
